poignant, luscious
words
drip from my pen
onto paper
only to
evaporate
immediately
as rain
on parched earth

Welcome to the world of cats!
I heard once Paul Simon took a notebook with him everywhere!
Me, sometimes they come too fast and I just shout them into the voice memo app of my iPhone! 😉
🙂 I have notebooks in almost every room and usually one in my purse 🙂 I’ve done the voice memo thing on occasion too and yet sometimes I still lets the words flit away 😉
yeah… driving is always bad for me!
I believe you;)
Thank you 🙂 LOL
You are welcome:)
I love this. It’s so true and , “poignant, luscious words,” is so delicious.
Thank you so much and yes have always loved “luscious” 🙂
I can tell:)
It sounds like what you experienced was a divine visitation. So out of this world, yet so real that you do want for humans to believe it. If it is of any substance, I really do! This is just the beginning………
🙂 I don’t know about that! 🙂 But thank you!
fantastic….
Thanks!
Oh, how I missed your words, Melanie. I suffer from a horrible block lately, so your poetic incentive was much desired.
Thank you sweet friend 🙂 I’ve missed yours on here as well. Luckily I have a few of yours in my possession! ((a review will be coming soon, sorry it has taken me so long))
